Work Styles identifies the level of knowledge in work-related areas. Ratings will be completed for 33 knowledge areas including the areas of achievement orientation, social influence, interpersonal orientation, adjustment, conscientiousness, independence and practical intelligence. Each item in the assessment contains 7 levels of the knowledge statement. In order to clarify the levels, examples are shown in the context of the knowledge area. The applicant rates his/her level that they possess in the knowledge area. The job evaluator rates the level required by the knowledge area and the importance. The applicant and job evaluator will answer a series of 16 questions. The approximate completion time is 5 minutes.
The assessment is based on the content shown below. If these factors are critical for a job, then the Sales assessment should be completed by the applicant.
