The Worker Characteristics category is designed to identify the level of "Knowledge-Skills-Abilities" (KSAs) that are required by the job and possessed by the applicant. The content in the assessment is straightforward and closely parallels tasks that workers do on the job. These assessments will show if candidates have the core Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required to perform the job. While Knowledge and Skills focus on what a person has learned, the Abilities focuses on what a person is capable of learning.
