Assessments:  Job Characteristics:   Work Environment  Assessments  Work Environment identifies the level of knowledge in work-related areas. Ratings will be completed for 33 knowledge areas including the areas of interpersonal relationships, physical working conditions and structural (criticality of position, routine vs. challenging work, competition). Each item in the assessment contains 7 levels of the knowledge statement. In order to clarify the levels, examples are shown in the context of the knowledge area. The applicant rates his/her level that they possess in the knowledge area. The job evaluator rates the level required by the knowledge area and the importance.
