Work Culture compares the cultural preferences of an applicant to those of the job and organization. Each item in the assessment contains two dichotomous statements that are rated by both the applicant and the job evaluator. The job evaluator also states the importance of each item.

The applicant and job evaluator will answer a series of 48 sets of statements. The approximate completion time is 15 minutes.
