Assessments:  Cultural Characteristics:   Work Culture  Assessments  Work Culture compares the cultural preferences of an applicant to those of the job and organization. Each item in the assessment contains two dichotomous statements that are rated by both the applicant and the job evaluator. The job evaluator also states the importance of each item.
