Skills identifies the levels of performance of basic and cross functional skills by an applicant. Ratings will be completed for 35 skill areas including the areas of content, process, social, complex problem solving, technical, systems and resource management.

Each item in the assessment contains 7 levels of the skill statement. In order to clarify the levels, examples are shown in the context of the skill area. The applicant rates his/her level that they possess in the skill area. The job evaluator rates the level required by the skill area and the importance.

The applicant and job evaluator will answer a series of 35 questions. The approximate completion time is 10 minutes.

The assessment is based on the content shown below. If these factors are critical for a job, then the Skill assessment should be completed by the job evaluator and applicant.
