Assessments:  Personal Characteristics:  Categories 


The Personal Characteristics category is designed to predict the applicant's natural "behavioral" tendencies, work habits, and interpersonal style.

There are three different assessments in this category, Performance/Retention, Customer Service and Sales. The results from these assessments will show if an individual is ready for work, the potential for staying at the job for at least 3 months and if the individual is suitable for a job in customer service and/or sales.

This category is different from the others, because there is no particular job target since it is applicable to most jobs. Therefore this assessment is only completed by the applicant or individual. The Performance/Retention is only valid for hourly, blue-collar type jobs. The Customer Service and Sales are valid for all types of jobs.
