Performance/Retention measures personality traits such
as; reliability, dependability, motivation, conscientiousness, commitment,
impulsiveness, and responsibility. It also shows the likelihood that the
applicant will remain on the job for at least 3 months. (Note: this assessment
is only validated for hourly blue-collar type jobs.)
The applicant will answer a series of 97 true/false and multiple choice
questions. The approximate completion time is 15 minutes.

completed by the applicant.
Reliability/Rule-Following
- Follow company policies exactly
- Report a co-worker who has violated an important rule
- Maintain order and organization in one’s work
- Perform in the expected or agreed upon way
- Follow through on commitments
Attendance
- Return from meals/breaks in the allotted time
- Accept necessary schedule changes
- Willingly work overtime when needed
- Change vacation plans, if necessary, to stay at work
- Offer to stay late when work is very busy
