Knowledge identifies the level of knowledge in work-related areas. Ratings will be completed for 33 knowledge areas including the areas of business & management, manufacturing & production, engineering & technology, mathematics & science, health services, education & training, arts & humanities, law & public safety and communications.

Each item in the assessment contains 7 levels of the knowledge statement. In order to clarify the levels, examples are shown in the context of the knowledge area. The applicant rates his/her level that they possess in the knowledge area. The job evaluator rates the level required by the knowledge area and the importance.

The applicant and job evaluator will answer a series of 33 questions. The approximate completion time is 10 minutes.
