In order to find the best candidate for a job, the following would occur. (Show Pictures)
- Use i-Match to evaluate the requirements of a job in 1 to 7 areas.
- There are several ways you can identify the job requirements;
- Use a job that is pre-defined by the O*NET.
- Use a job that is pre-defined by the O*NET and then have a job evaluator modify it so it matches the local job.
- Let the job evaluator entirely evaluate the job.
- (for 2 and 3) The i-Match administrator has the authority to assign assessments that should be used for the job evaluation. If a job evaluator is used, the administrator gives an automatically generated instructions to the job evaluator.
- (for 2 and 3) The job evaluator enters i-Match and completes the assigned assessments.
- The i-Match administrator creates individuals. The administrator gives the automatically generated instructions to each individual.
- Each individual enters i-Match on any computer with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer and completes anywhere from 1 to 10 assessments.
- The administrator runs reports selecting desired the job and individuals.
- If needed, the administrator prints detailed report of the top individuals.
