Abilities identifies identify the enduring talents (cognitive, psychomotor, physical & sensory) that can help in work-related areas. Ratings will be completed for 52 ability areas including the areas of verbal, idea generation & reasoning abilities, quantitative, memory, perceptual, spatial, attentiveness, fine manipulative, control movement, reaction (time & speed), physical strength, endurance, flexibility (balance & coordination), visual and auditory & speech.

Each item in the assessment contains 7 levels of the ability statement. In order to clarify the levels, examples are shown in the context of the ability area. The applicant rates his/her that they possess in the ability area. The job evaluator rates the level required by the ability area and the importance.

The applicant and job evaluator will answer a series of 52 questions. The approximate completion time is 12 minutes.
